Horko, kter\u00e9 se zpo\u010d\u00e1tku zd\u00e1lo intenzivn\u00ed, se stalo snesiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. V\u0161imla si, \u017ee se j\u00ed na k\u016f\u017ei tvo\u0159\u00ed kapky potu, a interpretovala to jako pozitivn\u00ed znamen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako mnoho jin\u00fdch lid\u00ed, i Lena narazila na online rady, kter\u00e9 nazna\u010dovaly, \u017ee del\u0161\u00ed saunov\u00e1n\u00ed by mohlo zlep\u0161it ur\u010dit\u00e9 benefity pro zdrav\u00ed. My\u0161lenka \u201emaximalizace\u201c z\u00e1\u017eitku nen\u00e1padn\u011b ovlivnila jej\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e pohl\u00e9dla na hodiny a zjistila, \u017ee pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch deset minut u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 uplynulo, zav\u00e1hala. M\u00edsto odchodu se rozhodla si pobyt je\u0161t\u011b o kousek prodlou\u017eit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTo je v po\u0159\u00e1dku,\u201c pomyslela si. \u201eZvl\u00e1dnu je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1r minut.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto mal\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, a\u010d zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ne\u0161kodn\u00e9, znamenalo za\u010d\u00e1tek zm\u011bny v jej\u00ed zku\u0161enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed se objevovat jemn\u00e9 varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 chv\u00edli si Lena v\u0161imla m\u00edrn\u00e9 zm\u011bny ve sv\u00fdch pocitech. Koneckonc\u016f, sauna m\u011bla t\u011blo v\u00edce nam\u00e1hat vystaven\u00edm teplu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravila si polohu a doufala, \u017ee ten pocit pomine. Na okam\u017eik se zd\u00e1lo, \u017ee se zlep\u0161il.
