Za\u0159azen\u00ed protirakovinn\u00fdch potravin do va\u0161eho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee tomuto jevu zabr\u00e1nit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-food-choices-and-cancer\"><strong>V\u00fdb\u011br potravin a rakovina<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br potravin v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance na v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed nad rakovinou a jej\u00ed prevenci. Pokud jste dosud jedli pouze sma\u017een\u00e9, balen\u00e9, zpracovan\u00e9 a rafinovan\u00e9 potraviny, va\u0161e t\u011blo bude obsahovat v\u00edce vir\u016f, bakteri\u00ed, pl\u00edsn\u00ed a kvasinek. Chemik\u00e1lie v t\u011bchto potravin\u00e1ch mohou vyvolat mutace DNA, kter\u00e9 vedou ke vzniku rakoviny. Mnoho v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee samotn\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e1 strava m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit rakovinu (1). V\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee \u0161patn\u00e1 strava a nedostatek pohybu jsou&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>dva kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 faktory<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;, kter\u00e9 mohou zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko rakoviny u \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad asi 30 prospektivn\u00edch studi\u00ed kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu (t\u0159et\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji diagnostikovan\u00fd typ rakoviny u mu\u017e\u016f) zjistilo, \u017ee konzumace 50 gram\u016f zpracovan\u00e9ho masa (asi 60 gram\u016f) denn\u011b je spojena s 20% zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm rizika kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu. To je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zp\u016fsobeno p\u0159idan\u00fdmi dusi\u010dnany ve zpracovan\u00e9m mase a hemov\u00fdm \u017eelezem, kter\u00e9 jsou spojov\u00e1ny se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00daprava stravy m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 udr\u017eet va\u0161i v\u00e1hu pod kontrolou, co\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ochranu p\u0159ed rakovinou. Studie z roku 2014 v&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u010dasopise The Lancet<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;zjistila, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed index t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku n\u011bkter\u00fdch nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch druh\u016f rakoviny.
