L\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 houby, kter\u00e9 se obvykle vztahuj\u00ed k exoti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, specializovan\u00fdm houb\u00e1m, se tak\u00e9 jev\u00ed jako slibn\u00e9 v prevenci rakoviny, op\u011bt d\u00edky obsahu glutathionu, ergothioneinu a polysacharid\u016f [11].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi p\u0159\u00edklady t\u011bchto druh\u016f hub pat\u0159\u00ed reishi, kr\u016ft\u00ed ocas, shiitake a maitake. Studie zjistily, \u017ee tyto houby ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9 mechanismy t\u011bla stimulac\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk [12]. Pokud jde o j\u00f3d a prevenci nemoc\u00ed, studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee jak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho, tak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo j\u00f3du m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika rakoviny \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy [22]. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by tedy va\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem m\u011blo b\u00fdt z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00f3du z va\u0161\u00ed stravy.
